We were delighted to be involved with the Rooted Project.
The Rooted Project is an evidenced-based nutrition events company run by registered dietitians Rosie Saunt and Helen West, who both have a passion for nutrition, health and wellness.
On Wednesday 21st September they held the ‘Nutrition, Health and Wellness Debunked’ event which welcomed around 150 people to the Trampery in London including some influential food bloggers and personal trainers.
The evening consisted of a forum which discussed everything from superfoods to sauerkraut, as well as providing practical advice in order to help people wade through the nonsense which engulfs the world of nutrition, health and wellness.
The panel included Pro Science Blogger and Media Personality, the Angry Chef, Principal Dietitian at St George’s NHS Trust, Catherine Collins, Consultant Nutritionist, Charlotte Stirling-Reed, as well as the Rooted Project’s very own Helen West.
Some great companies were involved in the event and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Good luck with everything ladies!
Remember, at The Shed, we really do ‘Give A Cup’! Every time you buy a box of tea, we donate tea directly to homeless shelters across the UK. Our packaging is made from recycled cardboard and our fuso tea bags are biodegradable, so we don’t harm the planet.
