Bayley & Sage welcome to the family!

We have recently welcomed Bayley & Sage into our family at The Shed. A wonderful London Deli market where they have everything from high-end flowers, fresh meat and a bakery. Alongside these they now have our tea’s on the shelves too!

The buyers of Bayley & Sage have been hunting New Covent Garden market in the early hours for years, selecting the best fresh produce he can get his hands on, and taking delivery of special products shipped in just for us from the famous fruit and veg markets in Milan, and Rungis just outside Paris..

..With peppers that look nothing like the sort that lurk on supermarket shelves to the finest Ventoux cherries as soon as they’re available, we always have something a little different to sit alongside the essentials, and it’s all always of the highest quality.

The kitchens are some of the busiest in town, producing freshly made soups, sandwiches and salads as well as sausage rolls, quiches, and their famous scotch eggs and pizzas fresh from our stone-based bread ovens, as well as delicious meals ready for you to take home and pop in the oven.

Bayley & Sage welcomed its first customers to our Wimbledon Village store in 1997, and now you’ll find us serving five more local London communities in Parsons Green, Turnham Green, Fulham Road, Northcote Road and a brand new store on Parkgate in Battersea – with more to come!

Bayley & Sage products reflect the best of the season whether its fruit, vegetables, meat or cheese or the delicious seasonal dishes prepared in our kitchens. Residents and neighbours have been so supportive of the new store and it was a pleasure to meet them whilst we did tea tastings to celebrate the opening. It is great to see the store buzzing and alive after so many months of hard work and planning.

Please do drop in and see us whilst they are still sparkling new!  This is one of our largest stores and will also function as our training centre and HR department headquarters.

As with all of their large stores, they have arrays of seasonal fruit and vegetables, delicious cakes and pastries, artisan breads, olives, dried fruit and nuts, extensive cheese counter, fine wines and all sorts of even more deliciousness!

We hope our teas are welcomed by the lovely visitors of Bayley & Sage and enjoyed as much as they are in other stores!
